Q: What is a program code?
A: An educational program code is the code assigned to your nursing program by your state or territorial board of nursing. Your students should use this code when completing their NCLEX application to test.
Q: How do I find the program code for our program?
A1: If you do not know your educational program code, please use this tool to search for it. Simply enter search text such as the name of your institution or the city in which it resides and the tool will return a list of all found entries.

Q: Why does my program code look different?
A: The NCLEX education program codes were updated in 2014 to encode additional information and to increase the number of available codes. The new 10-character codes begin with two letters followed by eight numbers. The old codes were five digits.
Q: May I purchase the NCLEX Program Reports using a Purchase Order?
A: A purchase order will not secure payment of an order. Your order will be processed once we receive a check (U.S. programs only) or credit card payment. Upon payment, you will be able to view and access reports.
If you would like to add a purchase order number to your invoice, you may do so while placing the order or request assistance by contacting the NCLEX Customer Care Center at +1 800 261-6227 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What are the payment options for Canadian programs?
A: Canadian programs may pay by Visa or Mastercard only. Checks will not be accepted and will be returned to you if received. Credit or debit card payments may be made while placing an order or by selecting an existing order on the Pay for Order page if an invoice has been generated.
Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Please go to the login page and click on the "reset password" button beneath the login form. A new password will be e-mailed to you. You can reset this password on the My Profile page by clicking "Change Password."

Q: How do I register for the NCLEX Program Reports?
A: Go to the "Login" page and click on the link to register a new account below the login form. Enter your email, name, title, phone number, and password and click on the "Register" button. You will then be taken to the "My Profile" page. From here, click 'Educational Programs. On the Educational Programs page, type your NCLEX Program Code into the search window and click "Search." When your program appears, click the checkbox next to it and save your changes. An email will be sent to your Program Administrator requesting that they add you as a Program User on the account. After they approve you, the programs you are associated with will be shown at the bottom of your profile page.
Q: How do I link an Educational Program Code to my account?
A: Once you are registered for the NCLEX Program Report website, login and click on the "My Profile" button located in the menu at the top of the page. From here, click 'Educational Programs.' On the Educational Programs page, type your NCLEX Program Code into the search window and click "Search." When your program appears, click the checkbox next to it and save your changes. An email will be sent to your Program Administrator requesting that they add you as a Program User on the account. After they approve you, the programs you are associated with will be shown at the bottom of your profile page.
If your program does not have an active Program Administrator and you want to register as the Program Administrator, then you will have to contact the NCLEX Customer Support Center to provide proof of your status with the institution.
Q: Once I register, how do I order the NCLEX Program Reports?
A: Login, mouse over the 'Reports' button and select 'Order Reports.' On this page, you will find a list of all NCLEX Program Reports that are available to you. Select all desired reports and click 'Add to Cart.' Review your order and click 'Continue Checkout' if it is correct. On the payment page, follow the on-screen directions that are provided to you.
If you are paying with a credit card, once your transaction is complete, your report should be available on the View Reports page. If you choose to pay by check (U.S. programs only), please make the check payable to Mountain Measurement, Inc. Also please send the check to the address below. Once payment is received, we will send you an email to let you know that your report is available for download on our website. Please note that a purchase order (PO) will not secure payment of the order.

Q: What is the cost of an NCLEX Program Reports subscription?
Q: How do I obtain an email copy of my invoice or receipt?
A: Each of your orders is found on the View Reports page.
If you click on an Order Number found in the table, you will be directed to a web page which displays the subscriptions associated with that order.
At the bottom of this page, you will find a button called "Resend order invoice" or "Resend order receipt".
If you click on this button, a copy of either your invoice or receipt will be emailed to all users that are affiliated with the order which have checked the box "Please automatically send me invoices and receipts for my programs" in their email preferences.
Q: How do I download my NCLEX Program Report?
A1: If you have already subscribed to NCLEX Program Reports, you will be notified via email that your report is ready. When your report is ready, you may login and go to the View Reports page. On this page, you will find a list of all of the NCLEX Program Reports that you have ordered. Click on one of the reports and you will be directed to a page where you can download the cover letter and the report.
A2: If you have NOT already subscribed, then you must first subscribe. After you subscribe, you will be notified via email that your report is ready. When your report is ready, then please login and go to the “View Reports” page. On this page, you will find a list of all of the NCLEX Program Reports that you have ordered. Click on one of the reports and you will be directed to a page where you can download the cover letter and the report.
Q: How do I view my NCLEX Program Report?
A: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view the NCLEX Program Reports. You can download and install this software for free. Click here to do so.
Q: Why are some of the tables in my NCLEX Program Report empty?
A: If your program had fewer than ten graduates test during this reporting period, an inferentially stable rank for your program cannot be computed. Therefore, you will find several tables and charts for which no information is displayed. Other sections of the report will be complete and should offer meaningful information for your program.
Q: Why does my order say "Auto-Renew?"
A: A status of "Auto-Renew" means your subscription was automatically renewed and your program was invoiced via e-mail. An order in "Auto-Renew" status is unpaid. You may pay for or cancel the order.
